Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

1. Overview

At Digitumb, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing reliable digital products, genuine software licences, and responsive customer support.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund, replacement, cancellation, or technical assistance for products purchased through https://digitumb.com.

Digitumb is operated by DIER LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Our products are primarily delivered electronically, including software activation keys, antivirus licences, utility applications, digital subscriptions, and other digital products.

Due to the electronic nature of these products, specific cancellation rules may apply once delivery has begun.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products purchased from Digitumb are delivered electronically through:

  • The email address provided during checkout.
  • The customer’s account on Digitumb.com.

Standard Maximum Delivery Time: 3 Hours

Orders are normally delivered as promptly as possible after successful payment confirmation and order acceptance, with a standard maximum delivery time of three hours.

If your product has not been delivered within this period, please contact support@digitumb.com with your order number.

We will investigate delivery issues and arrange fulfilment or another appropriate resolution.

If Digitumb fails to deliver a product in accordance with applicable consumer law, customers may be entitled to cancel their order and receive a refund.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

Customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, repair, or another appropriate remedy in the following circumstances:

  • Invalid Licence Key: The activation key is invalid or cannot be activated as described.
  • Previously Used Key: The supplied licence has already been redeemed and cannot be used by the customer.
  • Defective Digital Product: The product does not function as described due to a defect or non-conformity.
  • Incorrect Product: The customer receives a different product or licence edition from the one purchased.
  • Undelivered Product: The purchased product is not supplied, and the customer is entitled to terminate the contract under applicable law.
  • Unresolvable Activation Issue: An activation problem attributable to the supplied product cannot be corrected within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience.
  • Other Statutory Entitlements: A refund or price reduction is required under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where legally appropriate, Digitumb may first offer troubleshooting, correction, or a replacement licence.

If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or not completed within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, the customer may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Digital Products

Where a customer’s statutory cancellation right has validly been lost and the digital product conforms to the contract, Digitumb generally does not offer discretionary refunds for:

  • A change of mind after digital supply has begun.
  • Purchasing the wrong product despite clear and accurate product information.
  • Failure to check published compatibility requirements.
  • No longer needing a correctly supplied digital product.
  • Activation failures caused solely by unsupported systems or customer-side configuration issues, where the product was accurately described.
  • Licence misuse or violation of applicable software licensing restrictions.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

They do not affect statutory cancellation rights that remain available, or remedies for faulty, misdescribed, undelivered, or otherwise non-conforming digital products.

5. 14-Day Cancellation Rights

Under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, consumers purchasing digital content online generally have a 14-day cancellation period starting from the day the contract is entered into.

However, different rules apply when digital content is supplied electronically before that cancellation period expires.

Customers may lose their statutory right to cancel digital content once supply begins if:

  1. They have expressly consented to the supply beginning before the end of the cancellation period.
  2. They have acknowledged that this will result in the loss of their right to cancel.
  3. Digitumb has complied with the applicable contractual confirmation and information requirements.

The delivery of a licence key does not automatically remove cancellation rights unless the relevant legal requirements have been satisfied.

Where the statutory right to cancel remains available, Digitumb will process eligible cancellations and refunds in accordance with applicable law.

6. Licence Activation and Technical Support

If you experience an activation issue with a purchased product, please contact our support team.

Email: support@digitumb.com

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The purchased product name.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Any relevant activation error code.
  • A screenshot of the error, where appropriate.

Our support team may provide activation guidance, installation assistance, troubleshooting instructions, or a replacement licence.

We will not request your account password or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly after discovering a problem. However, failure to report a defect immediately does not automatically remove statutory consumer rights.

7. Replacement Policy

When a supplied licence key is confirmed to be invalid, defective, or previously redeemed, Digitumb may provide a replacement key where this is an appropriate remedy.

Replacement products should correspond to the original purchase in relevant functionality, edition, licence duration, and other contractual characteristics.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement where required.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable or the applicable legal requirements for replacement cannot be satisfied, the customer may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.

All remedies will be provided without charging the customer fees prohibited by applicable law.

8. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

Customers who wish to cancel an order before digital supply has begun should contact support@digitumb.com as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will assess the cancellation request in accordance with applicable contractual and statutory rights.

If the customer has an applicable right to cancel, we will process the cancellation and refund as required by law.

Where the relevant digital content cancellation exception has lawfully taken effect, a discretionary change-of-mind refund may not be available.

An order marked as processing or completed does not, by itself, determine whether statutory cancellation rights have been lost.

9. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email support@digitumb.com.
  2. Include your order number and purchased product.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Attach relevant error messages or screenshots if applicable.
  5. Allow our support team to investigate and propose an appropriate resolution.

Our team may request additional relevant information necessary to verify the purchase or understand the reported issue.

We will not require customers to complete unreasonable or unnecessary procedures before exercising their statutory rights.

Customers will be informed of the outcome and any proposed remedy.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be processed without undue delay and within any deadline imposed by applicable law.

For example, qualifying refunds arising from a statutory price reduction for non-conforming digital content must be provided within 14 days of Digitumb agreeing that the customer is entitled to the refund.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

No refund processing fee will be charged where prohibited by law.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

11. Subscription Products

Some products sold by Digitumb may involve time-limited licences, recurring subscriptions, or services operated by third-party software publishers.

Product descriptions should identify the relevant licence duration, subscription conditions, and any applicable renewal arrangements.

Customers should review these details before completing a purchase.

Where Digitumb directly operates a recurring subscription, the applicable cancellation and renewal procedures will be communicated to customers.

Cancelling future renewals does not necessarily result in a refund for a subscription period already supplied, unless required by applicable law or the relevant contractual terms.

Where a subscription is managed directly by a third-party publisher, additional publisher terms may apply, without removing any statutory rights the customer has against Digitumb.

12. Duplicate and Incorrect Orders

Customers who accidentally place duplicate orders should contact us promptly.

We will investigate whether both orders have been fulfilled and whether cancellation or a refund is available.

Where a duplicate order has not yet been supplied, a cancellation and refund may be possible.

Customers who purchase an incorrect product should also contact us promptly.

Requests will be considered based on the delivery status, applicable cancellation rights, the nature of the product, and relevant legal obligations.

Digitumb may offer a discretionary exchange or alternative resolution where appropriate.

13. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions

Digitumb reserves the right to investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions.

We may temporarily delay fulfilment or request reasonable verification where necessary to protect customers and prevent unauthorised purchases.

Confirmed unauthorised transactions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s procedures.

Customers who believe their payment method has been used without authorisation should contact both Digitumb and their payment provider promptly.

Nothing in this policy restricts any chargeback, payment dispute, or other mandatory legal rights available to customers.

14. Software Publisher Restrictions

Software products sold through Digitumb may be subject to licensing conditions established by their respective publishers.

These conditions may include:

  • Device activation limits.
  • Licence duration.
  • Geographical restrictions.
  • Account registration requirements.
  • Hardware or operating system compatibility.
  • Subscription terms.

Customers should review the applicable product description and licensing information before purchase.

Third-party publisher restrictions do not remove Digitumb’s responsibility to supply products that conform to the contract and applicable consumer protection law.

15. International Customers

Digitumb may serve customers in multiple countries.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

International customers may have additional rights relating to cancellations, refunds, digital products, or defective goods.

Where those rights apply and cannot legally be excluded, they will take precedence over conflicting provisions of this policy.

16. Changes to This Refund Policy

Digitumb may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our products, business operations, or applicable legislation.

Any updated policy will be published on https://digitumb.com.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already established under existing purchase contracts.

The date displayed at the beginning of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
